Financial Planning is a very personal matter. No two people have the same circumstances, ambitions or needs. We also recognise that people's needs change over time. The financial plan we create with you is unique to you and tailored to suit your individual needs.
So how do we develop a financial plan specifically for you?
We follow this planning process ensuring you know exactly what is happening at each stage:
1. Identifying your needs and objectives
At the initial meeting the adviser will explain how this service works and discuss you primary aims and objectives as well as answer any questions you may have.
2. Gather information
This is where we will gather much more information and may even ask you to prepare some information for us to discuss i.e. existing policy details. Our aim is to listen and gather the information so we have a comprehensive picture of your finances and commitments.
3. Analyse and Research
Now we have the full picture of your circumstances we analyse the information and research the marketplace to identify the most appropriate solutions to help you achieve your aims.
4. Develop your action plan
We will compile a report to discuss with you at our next meeting that details our recommendations of the steps necessary to achieve your aims and objectives.
5. Implement your plan
Your adviser will meet you to discuss your plan, explaining the approach we have taken and why our recommendation will achieve your objectives. You will be able to ask as many questions as you need to so you understand your plan. You will then be in a position to decide whether you wish us to implement your plan in full or in part for you.
6. Monitor Progress
We will agree with you how we will monitor progress to ensure you stay on track to achieve your objectives. The frequency of review is dependent on the complexity of your situation and the amount of funds you have invested.
Cost
Our fees are competitive and we will always agree these with you in advance so you know exactly what you are paying for and how the fee will be paid.. We can be paid by an hourly rate, a fixed fee, a percentage commission or an annual percentage commission or a combination of these methods.
